Price fob: the price shall be determined to the average of the 3 (three) days around the b/l date (the day before, the day of bill of lading and the day after), under the heading of dubai platt minus a discount in us $ 11.00 bbl/fob/main ports of saudi arabia (eleven dollar only) per each barrel crude oil supplied.
11 $ gross,3us $ commission for the broker who represents every body from the seller and buyer sides to be divided equally in between the two brokers 1.5us$ (one us dollars and fifty cent for the broker from the seller side and one us dollar and fifty cent for the broker from the buyer side) and 8 us $ net (eight us dollars only) for the buyer) this price shall be applicable for the full term of the contract, five years (5 years) and total of three billion and six hundred million barrels).
Delivery cif: between us $ 1.60/bbl to us $ 2.00/bbl depending on destination port(s) that should be paid by a bank guarantee (bg) through a separate contract.
